2004
- In January, SAVVIS is selected to acquire Cable & Wireless America assets, including CWA’s Tier 1 Internet backbone; 15 Enterprise Hosting Centres, 3,000 customers, an established content delivery network (CDN) and significant consulting expertise in security, project management and operations
- SAVVIS rolls out revolutionary new Virtualised Services Delivery Platform to the UK marketplace in September
2005:
- SAVVIS is named a “Leader” in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Hosting
- Market share leader in hosting along with IBM, EDS, and ATT (IDC)
