Customer Case Study - Nectar Loyalty Programme

Loyalty Management Services (LMS) is an innovative business launched by Loyalty Management UK, creator of the popular Nectar loyalty programme that offers outsourced, end-to-end loyalty management solutions for businesses of all kinds. LMS’ complete solution includes enhanced data analytics, data hosting, campaign management, data management services and all vendor and supplier communication and points collection.

LMS is deploying SAVVIS’ Managed IT Utility Services as the global IT infrastructure which will deliver loyalty programmes as a managed service to businesses worldwide. LMS has chosen to run its business applications using SAVVIS’ utility storage and blade servers, as well as associated virtualised switches, load balancers and firewalls. These utility services provide LMS with a flexible, scalable infrastructure that maximises cost-savings by leveraging economies of scale and matching capacity to demand. LMS will also use SAVVIS’ global Tier-1 network to connect to over 50 business partners throughout the United Kingdom.
